About Paul Weston
Born in Yorkshire, England, Paul Weston joined the Royal Marines in 1979.

In a career spanning 26 years, he progressed to the rank of Major, and traveled around the world serving in over 50 countries, often in support of United Nations and NATO operations.

As well as heading a department in the Ministry of Defence, and in addition to his command and staff duties, he specialized in Leadership Development, and worked as an advisor with several UK companies.

After leaving the Royal Marines in 2005, Paul immigrated to Canada, after which he began working as a consultant with the Oakville-based company ‘Coach Plus’ and the Denver-based ‘Crestcom International’.

His client base has developed to over 150 companies around southern Ontario, as well as a growing portfolio in Michigan. In addition to consulting on Leadership and Management Skills Training, he is also in demand as a keynote speaker and motivational coach.

Maintaining his military roots, he is also working closely with the Canadian Reserve Forces.

Paul lives in Burlington with his family and is a keen sportsman who enjoys hockey, windsurfing, snowboarding, and cycling.
